Shipping charges

Domestic Orders (DPD/DHL/GLS)

Very small order (envelope).....3-4 Euro

Small order
(tailbooms, some spare parts, big length)......8 Euro

Medium order
(parkflyer, small gliders).....9 - 13 Euro (depends on weight/size)

Large order
(medium, oversized sailplanes,etc).....13 - 28 Euro (depends on weight/size)

EU shipping cost.....usually 17 Euro per package (DPD ground with insurance)

For International orders or orders from Ukraine please ask us for shipping charges.

Shipping time

All kits in stock will be shipped next business day. We are getting and combining shipments every month from different vendors, however sometimes we experience a delay from the manufacturers, when one kit becomes very popular and there is a high volume demand for it. If such a problem occurs we will inform you.
For special items call/ e-mail us for availability.
For most of the special order items allow 4-6 weeks.

We send via German Post, GLS inside EU. The delivery from Ukraine goes via Ukranian Post or EMC

Prices
All our price for stock items are brutto prices. Items sent from Ukraine goes without VAT taxes, a customer should handle them itself.
All prices, pictures and descriptions all our products are subject to change without notice. f3-models maintains no responsibility for errors.

Returns

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from F3-modellbau model within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in New and Unused condition and in its original packaging.
